  We have been loyal customers for years even having business meetings here because the food, craft beer selection, atmosphere have always been first class. On our last 2 recent visits this year something has changed, the craft selection is poor, the burgers seem to have gone to some much cheaper meats as they were tough (yes tough) and grisly. We didn't finish them in fact more than half was left and was never asked why. The service was good but whatever they changed...change it back as we are now going across the street to 50 west for the same prices but much better food.

  Very good burgers and beer selection. Nice sandwich and side choices too. Love the French Connection burger and fries. Try the fried pickles. Wraps and salads are all a hit.

  Excellent burgers, fantastic beer cheese, strangely delicious ketchup choices, and a completely respectable beer selection. Only one time did my group receive poor service when we first arrived, and without saying anything, the manager came out, apologized, and gave us a free appetizer. Not sure I've ever been to another place where they seemed to care so much about the customer's experience. Not a single complaint any time I've been there.
