- 1 / 5By A. MouseI usually come to this Mc Donald's once a week or more for the dollar drinks and some food. I ordered 2 Mc Flurries one with M&M's and one with Reeses w/ extra Reeses. The one with Extra Reeses (on Left) was half way full and NO extra reeses. When I drove around back through the drive through the Manager (some guy) said I have to PAY MORE to have it made correctly. I left very upset since that night I had already paid $23 in food + drinks (family of 6). This is VERY POOR customer service. At my job my whole roll is to work with customer's. I would of been very upset at one of my managers for treating a customer this way.
