  In one word .... INEPT. 10 minutes waiting to place my order in the Drive-Thru. 5 minutes for cashier to take my money ($6.00 for $5.88 order] of which two minute was for determining how much change I had coming back. 17 minutes at the Pick Up waiting for the car in front of me to get their order after what looked like some confusion at the window. 6 minutes waiting for someone to at the pick up window to come tell me they don't have any Pot Pies ( I had ordered 1 with a side order of Macaroni & Cheese) I asked if she was kidding that after waiting 32 minutes they didn't have what I had ordered? She looked at me and said "Sorry". They are $5.88 richer since I wasn't about to go through whatever inane procedure I would have to endure to retrieve my money. Conclusion: Don't Go There!!

  Didn't have any white meat in the famous recipe, cole slaw didn't have any sauce on it, several pieces of chicken were dried out like they had been under the lights for hours, could barely understand the guy behind the counter. Need I say more? Will never go back. Never had this issue at KFC. That's where I'll take my money.
