  Lobby closed for no apparent reason at dinner time on a Monday, employees wouldn't even answer the drive-thru window. Cheap, lousy pizza anyway!

  This location is by far the slowest. Its never hot and ready as advertised. I always wait and let's not forget the price that's also advertised as $5 and I paid $5.35 last week and tonight it was $5.55. Then the customer service is a joke.

  Well I pull up to the window and all I see is the cashiers underwear in the window because his pants are underneath his behind. Then we get our pizza without having to wait and it's not very hot at all. I asked him a question and he just stares at me and shuts the window so I took it as a no lol. Definitely will take the trip to the norwood location next time. So that's 15 more minutes out of my way considering I live 5 mins from this one. Just not professional at all.
